This policy describes what this website actually does, which is a good deal less than most policies describe: it is a set of static pages with no forms, no accounts and no server-side code.

What we collect

We collect no personal data from readers. There is no form, no input field, no account system, no basket and no payment flow — so there is no point on this site at which you could send us a personal detail even if you wanted to.

Cookies

These pages set no tracking or advertising cookies and embed no third-party analytics. The only script this site loads is our own file for the menu, the slider and the decorative background layer; it runs inside your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

External resources

The normal pages on this site load no font, script or image from another domain: everything is served from the same origin. The AMP versions do have to load the AMP library from the AMP provider’s network, which is a requirement of that format and is noted here for completeness.

Server logs

The hosting provider that stores these files may keep ordinary request logs — timestamps, IP addresses, browser types. Logging of that kind is basic to every web server. It is not linked to an individual by us and is not used to build a reader profile.

Links that leave this site

Outbound links exist only on the account pages. Once you follow one, the destination’s own policy governs what happens; we neither set it nor can answer for it. Read it before typing anything into that site.

Your rights

Rights of access, correction and erasure apply where data exists. On this website there is nothing of yours to access, correct or erase, because none was ever collected. If that changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
