Scope
What we can answer, and what we cannot
We are a team that writes pages, not the customer-service desk of any operator. The scope is very different.
We can answer
- A mistake on a page: wrong wording, a broken link, or an explanation that misleads
- A request to explain more: a topic you found too thin to be usable
- An accessibility problem: part of a page that is hard to read, hard to tap, or unusable with a screen reader
We cannot answer
- Anything about an account: signing in, a balance, or the status of a transaction with any operator
- The terms of an offer: terms belong to an operator, change without notice, and are not ours to confirm
- Legal or financial advice: both need a professional who knows your specific situation
Reporting a mistake usefully
If you report a mistake, the three things that help most are the address of the page, the sub-heading where the problem is, and the sentence you believe is wrong. Those three make a fix possible in one pass. A screenshot helps a great deal when the problem is a display one.
When we change a page we always move its updated date rather than editing quietly, so a reader who saw the earlier version can tell that something moved.
